Reseller Program & License Information

We offer a selection of graphics which may now be purchased for the purpose of resell.  These items are listed in the Resellers Area category and will be updated from time to time.

Guidelines:

1. YOU DO WANT TO READ THIS: As Walmart (reseller) does not remove Nabisco's (producer's) logo or name from their cookies, neither shall you neglect to provide the artist's name on the products you purchase from Digi Scrap Kits for resell.  When listing each of these items, you shall state: "Licensed Reseller of Artwork by Trina Clark."  This means, on every listing of every collection, in the description area.  It is not acceptable to make a statement on a generic "Artists' Credit" page.  Violation will result in immediate termination without refund...no questions, no exceptions.

2. If you already possess a collection that's included in the program, you must re-purchase it, paying the reseller's cost of $25.00 per collection.  In addition, reseller must pay a recurring annual fee of $50.00 (not per collection...just a flat $50.00 per year).

3. You must first purchase a reseller's license (below) before purchasing any of the collections with the intent to resell.

4. Collections must be sold in the exact manner you receive them.  In other words, you can't take graphics from one collection and mix with another.  You may sell single clipart items.

5. It is the reseller's responsibility to service all items purchased for resell.  We will not ship or email collections to your customers, nor provide any other type of customer service regarding them.

6. Reseller may use all images and text descriptions within the resellers' area in order to market the artwork...remembering to add "Licensed Reseller of Artwork by Trina Clark" to each.

7. Resellers must price graphics at  75% or more of their regular retail value found at Digi Scrap Kits...except when running specials.  Example: if regular retail at DSK is $4.00, reseller must price the artwork at $3.00 or higher.  However, when reseller is running a sale, the artwork may be discounted.

8. Within each zip file you sell, you must include a Terms of Use text file.  You can find our regulations here, and tweak it as necessary.

9. Digi Scrap Kits retains full rights and Copyright on every image in every collection.

10. All reseller graphics are sold an unlimited number of times.

Annual Reseller License Fee: $50.00 Will be billed every year on your join date anniversary. One License for All Resale Purposes.  You need only to purchase one resellers license, regardless of how many sites you intend to sell on.
