Scraps for Resale

All information on this page ONLY applies to the "Graphics for Resale" categories. All other graphics on this site are subject to my general Terms of Use.

Graphics in this category are for the purpose of RESELL.  Unless otherwise indicated, each product is sold as "unlimited."  I do not plan to offer semi-exclusive or exclusive graphics for resell; however, I will not sell the graphics listed in this category on Digi Scrap Kits as retail products.  I retain full copyright to all graphics with freedom to create similar items for resale wherever I choose.

Two Rules:

1. Credit for the artwork must be provided to Trina Clark within the listing...preferably on the sample image and as a text credit (see product listings for example).  This means you will provide credit on each page where each product is listed.  A generic page called "Artist Credits" is not acceptable.  No return link is required (but would be appreciated).
   
2. Graphics purchased from this category can be sold for every purpose except the purpose of resale.  In other words, you cannot resell them to customers who, in turn, plan to resell them on their own sites.  Yes, you can sell them "as is," you can add your own creativity, or you can use them to create other products for resale.  No need to write and ask "may I use them for..."  Yes, you can - with only the one exception already mentioned.

You will not need to purchase a reseller's license in order to sell these graphics on your site.  My records of your purchases will serve as proof that you've purchased the items.  You may use my samples and descriptions if you so desire.
